(1) Viskas ką mano mylimasis daro mane džiugina, ir viskas kas mane džiugina, tą ir daro mano mylimasis;
“Whatever my beloved does, pleases me, and whatever pleases me, my beloved does;”

(2) Vieta kuriuose jaučiuosi labiausiai branginama yra mano mylimojo akys, o ir mylimasis siekia būti mano akių vyzdžiuose;
“The place that I cherish is in the eyes of my beloved, and my beloved seeks to become the apple of my eyes.”
Shri Radharani says, I always want to be in the eyes of Sri Shyam Sundar, so wherever he looks, he will find only my beautiful glimpse, and my lover also wants to be the star of my eyes.

(3) Mano mylimasis man brangesnis už kūną, protą ir gyvybės orą (kvėpavimą), o ir mano mylimasis atsidavė man dešimtis milijonų kartų;
“My beloved is yet dearer to me than body, mind and life-breath, and my beloved has given himself up to me ten million times over;”

“Hit Harivansh [says], as the male and female Swan* are the dark one and the fair one – tell me, who could separate the water from the waves?” [to indicate that Shyama Shyam can never be separated].
Both of you are like a swan and his mate. Both of you are like water and its waves. As a swan cannot live without his lover and water cannot be separated from its waves, in the same manner there is no love of Shri Shyam Syndar without Sri Radharani.
Translation adapted from Charles White and Rupert Snell.* The mention of the male and female Swan Couple [Hans-Hansini] is given to intend the idea of inseparability, that they are always seen together.
